The engine guard extension give optimum protection against stones protruding from the ground or bumps when riding off road. The guard plates were deliberately manufactured with no holes to prevent the bike getting caught on stones or branches. The engine guard extension is fixed to the centre stand using 3 clamps with rubber inserts to prevent the plate from clattering.

Useful accessory for the solo motorcyclist. Fitted in place of the pillion seat.
Luggage can now be positioned for ideal weight distribution. Thanks to the slits and the broad support area, luggage can be lashed simply and securely. The laser-cut aluminium plate is also an excellent optical replacement for the pillion seat.

Optimal hand protection for the original protectors. Very useful and pleasant in rain, snow, hail and cold. Easy to fix by drilling two small holes through the protector. The spoilers are made out of resistant and light synthetic.
Touratech Oil cooler protection BMW R 1200 GS/Adventure silver : 01-044-0340-0
The oil cooler on the R1200GS is also unprotected in the standard model. This protector is made of aluminium and is available in either silver or black. It is effective not only against stones, but also against the countless insects which otherwise become trapped in the cooler.
